REFLECTION

1) Describe the project you are proudest of? Why are you most proud of this project? What did you learn from it/how did you grow as an artist?

I am most proud of my Inspirational Woman pencil drawing. This is because I felt that I built on my understanding of pencil drawings. Also, I felt a connection to what I was drawing because I was drawing my mum.

2) What project challenged you the most? How did you overcome this and what did you learn from it?

The project that challenged me the most was the charcoal drawings I did for my independent project. To overcome this I had to pay very close attention to what I was drawing. This included the proportion of the hands and the highlights and lowlights.

3) What was your favorite project? Why?

My favorite project was my inspirational woman drawing. This is because of the connection I had with the woman I was drawing. I also think I learned the most from this project.

4) What was your least favorite project? Why?

My least favorite project was the sign language latter hands. This is because I did not like the final product and I did not enjoy the photo transfer of aspect I did for the project.

5) What project(s) would you like to explore next year?

Next year I would like to learn more about watercolor.

6) What skills did you learn in art that will help you in your daily life?

I learned to have a lot of patience while creating my artwork. This is also an important skill in the real world.
